Returns and Exchanges
At Laytner's, we stand by the quality of our products. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus cost of shipping. If you've received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately at email@example.com or 212-724-1987.
You can process your return/exchange using our automated returns system HERE, or simply return it to Laytner's Linen & Home 230 Fifth Ave #1206 New York, NY 10001 ATTN: Returns.
We do not accept returns on pillows, mattress pads, or ANY used products. All products MUST be in original condition with original packaging. We do not cover the cost of return shipping unless an item was damaged upon receipt from our warehouse.
We provide a few options for handling an exchange. Please choose the option that works best for you.
1) If you would like to exchange an item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your order number, the item you would like to return, and the item you would like to exchange it for (including size & color). Once the exchange is processed, you will receive a new order confirmation number and a confirmation of shipment once the exchange item has been shipped. We may contact you to settle a balance if the new item costs more than the returning item.
2) Place a new order for the new item you wish to receive. We will process this order and ship it out. In the meantime, process a return using our automated system and once it arrives at our warehouse we will process a refund for the original order.
