Frequently Asked Questions 

How do I return an item?
  • If you are unhappy (really sorry to hear that) with something you ordered don’t worry! Simply return it to us within 30 days of the shipping date for an exchange or refund of the purchase price of the item
  • Ship your return to: Laytner's Linen & Home Online Store, Att. RETURNS, 230 5th Avenue, Suite 1207, New York, NY 10001 
  • Please include your original packaging slip with your return   
  • In order for full refund, items must be in original condition, in original packaging

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
  • We really try to get it right. But like organizations everywhere, we are staffed by human beings who occasionally (and accidentally), make mistakes. If this happens, please be assured we will take care of the problem as expeditiously as possible
  • Shipping or delivery damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Please fill out a Return Merchandize Authorization form by logging into your Laytner’s Linen & Home account here. Once logged into your account, select: My Orders > View Order > Returns and fill out an RMA form
  • Once your RMA is processed, we will create a shipping label and email it to you so you can send back your damaged item, and we will send you the same new item (undamaged) if we still have it in stock. If we don’t have the same item in stock, we will issue you a full refund or store credit for your returned damaged item. Shipping fees will be covered by Laytner’s Linen & Home for returned damaged goods
 
When will my return be processed?
Returns are processed within 2-3 business days upon receipt. It usually takes a total of 3-5 business days to post to your account.
 
When will I receive my refund or credits?
You will receive a refund or credit once your return has been fully processed. 
 
Can I exchange an item?
  • Ship the item you ordered to: Laytner's Linen & Home Online Store, Att. RETURNS, 230 5th Avenue, Suite 1207, New York, NY 10001
  • Please include your original packaging slip with your return. Please indicate you would like a store credit in exchange for the item you ordered.
  • Once we receive your returned item, we will credit your Laytner’s Linen & Home account balance with a store credit 
 
Does my Laytner’s Linen & Home online store credit expire?
Your Laytner’s Linen & Home online store credit does not expire. 
 
Can I return Laytner’s Linen & Home online store products directly to your store locations in Manhattan?
We can only accept an in-store return after you have successfully completed  a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) online. Please note, walk-in returns will be processed within 2-3 business days thru your original form of payment. 
 
How deep are your sheets?
Our fitted sheets fit mattresses up to 18” deep.
