Return Policy

Return Policy for Laytner’s Linen & Home Internet Store 

If you are unhappy (really sorry to hear that) with something you ordered, don’t worry! Simply return it to us within 60 days of the shipping date for an exchange or refund of the item's purchase price. We think our stuff is awesome, but as brick and mortar store retailers, we understand the delicacy of online shopping, and we want to make your return experience as easy as possible.  

 

In order to make a return online, you need to fill out a quick Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by completing the following steps:

  • If you have a Laytner’s Linen & Home account, log in here
  • Select My Orders > View Order > Returns and fill out quick and easy RMA 

When your RMA is processed, you will be notified via email and you can ship your return to: Laytner's Linen & Home Online Store, Att. RETURNS, 230 5th Avenue, Suite 1207, New York, NY 10001

Once we receive your return and process it, you will be fully refunded in the same way that you paid. Returns are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt.

If you purchased your order online as a guest, please email sales@laytners.com, so we can issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization number. 

 

Send your return to us with the shipper of your choice

  • Securely package your return in the original packaging including your invoice and Return Merchandise Authorization number
  • Send to your return to:  Laytner's Linen & Home Online Store, Att. RETURNS, 230 5th Avenue, Suite 1207, New York, NY 10001
  • Please log back onto your Laytner’s Linen & Home account here, select my returns > view return > and input your shipping method and the tracking number of your return
  • Laytner’s Linen & Home will cover shipping costs for customers who would like internet store credit in exchange for their return.  However, if a customer does not want to exchange their return for Laytner’s Linen & Home internet store credit, the customer pays for shipping costs.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is no longer valid,  or if the payment was made with points or vouchers from a rewards program, or if the order was a gift, you’ll be issued a Laytner’s Linen & Home Internet Store Gift Card.
